Good Neighbours services provide support to older people, people with dementia, and those with disabilities in Newham, delivered by trained volunteers. Free 6-week programme provides opportunities for older people to gain more confidence to go online, connect with the wider world and maintain social connections.

This is a national helpline which is open seven days a week and they provide information, advice and emotional support to anyone affected by dementia.

Bereavement Advice Centre is a free helpline and web-based information service provided by Co-op Legal Services. They provide practical information and advice and signposting on the many issues and procedures that face us after the death of someone close.
